JingZhan develops custom transparent optical supports and light guide components for lens supports, decorative transparent parts and elongated light-guide elements. We review the part in the context of its mating components, load path, sealing surfaces and assembly sequence.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to stable optical alignment and support geometry, controlled transmission through transparent sections, and clean gates, edges and mounting features. Material options include PC, PMMA, COP/COC and other optical or engineering resins selected for transmission, impact and dimensional needs. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
