Custom Fluid Filtro Frames and Cartridge Components

These fluid filter frames and cartridge components are engineered for fluid-filter skeletons, mesh supports and cartridge assembly kits, from early DFM review through repeat production. CAD geometry is evaluated together with mating parts and production volume so the mold supports both validation and repeat manufacturing.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to open flow area with reliable mesh support, stable cartridge diameter and end interfaces, and controlled ribs that resist collapse without blocking flow. Material options include PP, PA, PBT, ABS and other chemical-resistant engineering resins selected for the fluid, temperature and pressure range. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
