JingZhan develops custom electronic tray and base housings for module trays, battery or PCB bases and internal equipment carriers. We review the part in the context of its mating components, load path, sealing surfaces and assembly sequence.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to flat support surfaces and stable locating features, organized bosses, slots and cable paths, and repeatable stack-up with mating covers. Material options include ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PA, POM, PMMA and other engineering resins selected for function and appearance. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
